The job I paid a lot of money for took over three weeks. I was charged as much for moving a heater as installing a new one. During which time I was promised a quote for my bathroom refurbishments.

The following problems arose:

Mark left my house unlocked.

He turned off the electricity to my freezer.

He was unable to fix my water heater, and it transpired that his part was faulty.

He flooded my carpet.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so in spite of this, I assumed that he would take this into account when quoting for the bathroom refurbishments.
